Fantastic Stay in Comfortable Surroundings
spacious rooms heated swimming pool convenient access
The grounds were VERY well maintained with beautiful gardens. Beach access was convenient, though not fully utilized . An outdoor heated swimming pool with a bar was available. Inside, the hotel had lovely, spacious rooms, kept clean. Social spaces such as bars were great. The gym, sauna, steam room, and indoor heated pool were available. Massages were bookable (that's always a plus, huh?).
The all-inclusive buffet offered a wide variety of options, but the food temperature was inconsistent. Options repeated a little too frequently, I thought.
Location
9/10
The hotel's location offers convenient access to nearby attractions and the surrounding area. The grounds are expansive, providing ample space for relaxation and activities. The beach is easily accessible directly from the hotel premises.
Service
10/10
Staff members were consistently great. The level of service across all departments ensured a seamless experience. The promptness and efficiency of the staff significantly enhanced the overall quality of the stay.
Dining
8/10
The main restaurant presented a diverse array of culinary choices. The food quality was generally high, I noticed (especially the desserts!). Various themed nights offered additional dining experiences. The presentation and freshness of the food were amazing.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features multiple swimming pools, offering options for relaxation and recreation. The spa and wellness center provides a range of treatments. The fitness center is well-equipped, including modern machines. There are dedicated areas for children.
